Đorđe Milošević

Đorđe Milošević is a current doctoral student pursuing a Ph.D. in International Relations at Southern Illinois University. He researches the foreign policy decision-making and his focus is mostly on the post-Soviet region and the Balkans.

Milošević has over nine years of professional experience in the government, intergovernmental, non-profit and profit sectors working in advisory, research, communications, and partner relations roles.

He served as the Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Serbia from 2018 to 2020. He also worked as the Consultant at the Office of the World Bank’s Vice President for East Asia and Pacific and Project Officer for Small Arms and Light Weapons Control at United Nations Development Programme.

Milošević holds a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade.
